We need a GoHighLevel automation specialist to design and implement sophisticated workflows that nurture leads, automate follow-ups, and streamline operations for our garage door business clients.
The Role
You'll build complex automation workflows in GoHighLevel, including email/SMS sequences, appointment booking systems, pipeline management, review automation, and CRM integrations. You'll troubleshoot existing workflows, optimize performance, integrate third-party tools via Zapier and APIs, create documentation for systems you build, and stay current with new GHL features. Your automation directly impacts client lead conversion and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills:
2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Expert knowledge of GHL workflows, triggers, and automation logic
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
Proficiency with email/SMS marketing best practices
Experience with Zapier, webhooks, and API integrations
Problem-solving ability with attention to technical detail
Clear documentation and communication skills
Preferred Background:
GoHighLevel certification or advanced training
Home services or local business marketing experience
Custom coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with other automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
Agency environment managing multiple client accounts
AI integration and chatbot development familiarity

Build automation for 8-12 client accounts monthly
